次に何が起こるかわからないが、安定した状態から変化すれば、
べき乗の傾向を保とうとして全体が動き出す。
バランスが悪い部分がべき乗傾向を維持しようとする。それが永遠に続く。

An ill-balanced part starts maintaining the tendency of Power Law . It continues through all eternity.
